Frederick M. Klein

Frederick M. Klein has ten years of litigation experience in insurance and commercial litigation and focuses his practice on the defense of insurance agents and brokers, construction litigation and premises liability.

Mr. Klein has argued cases in the Appellate Division of New York's Supreme Court, including one in which he obtained a dismissal of an action against an insurance broker on the grounds that coverage was ultimately extended to the insured, negating any claim of negligence against the broker. (Transportation Consultants of America, Inc. v. American Home Assurance Co., 14 A.D.3d 385, 788 N.Y.S.2d 90 (1st Dept. 2005).

Mr. Klein is admitted to practice before both the Federal and State Courts of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Mr. Klein received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1994.
