Jason J. Guiliano

Mr. Guiliano has been admitted to practice for over four years before all courts of the State of New York and concentrates his practice on the defense of insurance agents and brokers, insurance coverage and premises liability. Mr. Guiliano is also admitted to practice to before the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.

Mr. Guiliano is a native of Long Island and returned to New York in September, 2007 after four years of service as a lawyer in the United States Air Force, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate General (JAG), where he achieved the rank of Captain. In addition to handling matters under the Military Justice System, Mr. Guiliano served as chief of claims for his command, responsible for the adjudication, settlement and defense of claims filed against the Air Force for medical malpractice, bodily injury and property damage. In this capacity, he worked with the local U.S. Attorney’s office in preparing and litigating these matters on behalf of the U.S. Government and the Air Force.  As a legal services officer, Mr. Guiliano provided legal advice and services to Air Force personnel on such diverse matters as income tax, real estate, wills and estate matters.

As a trial lawyer in the Air Force, Mr. Guiliano litigated over fifty trials in the military justice system, including major crimes such as murder, rape and drug use and distribution.  He also litigated criminal actions in the United States District Courts where he served as a Special United States Attorney responsible for prosecuting crimes committed by civilians on Air Force installations.

Mr. Guiliano received his J.D. from New York Law School in 2003.
